Catherine A. Curcio, Member of law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., presented at the Career Track Program: Law and Justice Track sponsored by Lafayette Gateway Career Center on Wednesday, January 9.
Curcio, along with fellow Lafayette College graduates Charles F. Smith (’85) of Smith Law Offices and Thomas J. Schlegel (’04) of Fitzpatrick, Lentz & Bubba presented on Real Estate and Municipal Law. She also participated in the Family Law presentation with the Honorable Paula A. Roscioli (’87).
The Lehigh Valley is the first Track to present over the students’ January break, with Tracks in Boston, New York City, and Chicago to follow. This three-day program exposed students to professional settings in their chosen area of interest; gave them opportunities to network with local alumni, parents, and friends of Lafayette College; and encouraged students to learn about and consider the Lehigh Valley as a place to launch a post-graduate career.
Curcio focuses her practice on family law and real estate and land use. Outside of her practice, Curcio is Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Third Street Alliance for Women and Children, where she also serves on the Executive committee and the Development committee. She is a member of the Lafayette College Alumni Association, the Young Lawyers Division of the Northampton County Bar Association and sits as the Solicitor to the Lower Macungie Township Planning Commission. Curcio received her B.A., dean’s lists, in 2003 from Lafayette College and her J.D. in 2006 from New York Law School.
