Catherine A. Curcio, a Member of law firm Norris McLaughlin, P.A., has been named to the Lehigh Valley Business 2020 “Forty Under 40.”

About Kate Curcio
Curcio focuses her practice on matrimonial and family law as well as real estate and finance. Because of her dual practice areas, she is uniquely positioned to serve clients and address client needs that transcend a single area of the law. She works with clients whose needs lie in all areas of family law, from inception to conclusion, throughout Lehigh, Northampton, Monroe, Carbon, Berks, and Bucks Counties.
Curcio, a licensed title agent and President of ABE Settlement Services, LLC, also represents real estate owners, both individuals and entities, and developers in a broad range of real estate transactions and projects. In addition, Curcio assists municipalities and municipal code enforcement officers in compliance hearings and has drafted, interpreted, and implemented ordinances, regulating matters from property maintenance to life and safety measures. She currently sits as solicitor to the Lower Macungie Township Planning Commission.
Outside of her practice, Curcio is an active advocate of the Third Street Alliance for Women and Children, where she serves on the Executive Committee, the Development Committee, and as Secretary of its Board of Directors. She is also a member of the Lafayette College Alumni Association and the Young Lawyers Division of the Northampton County Bar Association.
Curcio received her J.D. from New York Law School and her B.A. from Lafayette College.
